Troop 290 Highlight

Wente Summer Camp 2009

Troop 290 visits a different camp each summer and this year about 50 scouts went to Wente Scout Camp in Willits. The weather was good most of the time and many merit badges were earned during the week. Above is a campfire down by the lake.

Racing Across the Lake

For fun, the boys competed in a relay race with all kinds of sporting events such as running and kayaking. They were pretty worn out after their leg of the race. Below the troop assembles for a photo in their camp site.
