When planning your patrol meals, these are the financial guidelines.
(Nutritional guidelines and requirements can be found in the scout handbook and/or the cooking merit badge pamphlet.)
- Breakfast – $4
- Lunch – $7
- Dinner – $10
- Departure breakfast – $3
Reimbursement: After the outing, go to Mr. Tripathi or Mr.Tewari with your receipts. Be sure to use the form he provided (linked below).

Examples:
Patrol size – 5 scouts
Outing leaves Saturday morning and returns Sunday afternoon. Meals included-
Saturday – lunch and dinner
Sunday – breakfast (day of departure)
( 5 * $7 ) + ( 5 * $10 ) + ( 5 * $3 ) = $100 This is your maximum reimbursement available. If your receipts total $100 or less, you will be fully reimbursed. If expense exceed $100, you will only be reimbursed $100.
Patrol size – 6 scouts
Outing leaves Friday evening and returns Sunday afternoon. Meals included
Saturday – breakfast, lunch and dinner
Sunday – breakfast
( 6 * $4 ) + ( 6 * $7 ) + ( 6 * $10 ) + ( 6 * $3 ) = $144. This is your maximum reimbursement available. If your receipts total $144 or less, you will be fully reimbursed. If your receipts exceed $144, you will only be reimbursed $144.
